Mao Ra Sun feat Dems "When The Sun Hits" on Hillydilly

We always appreciate an act that continues to mutate their sound, and Brighton-based pair Mao Ra Sun has seemed to exemplify our adoration as their efforts have seen an influence from several sonic spaces. Their latest case here, a Dems-assisted piece entitled “When The Sun Hits”, carriers more of an ethereal tone than their recent works, and we’re definitely fans of it. The piece is technically a cover of Slowdive’s original, but that doesn’t mean too much in terms of the quality sound they’re able to create; it’s pristine and downright poignant.
